This is a nice loft within walking distance to lots of fun things to do in downtown Des Moines. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The loft was spacious and clean with super comfy beds. The building feels very safe. Navigating the parking ramp and skyway was a little tricky until we learned our way around. Would definitely stay here again.

The QR code on the lock box was very helpful in accessing the keys. The host quickly responded and resolved an issue we had upon arrival. We used the skywalk system to easily navigate to Casey's Center. I would be open to staying here in the future.

Great communication with owner…directions for everything were easy. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were spacious. Used the workout room located there- that was convenient!
